When do I need to send my flowers?
Within four days of your wedding is ideal. We provide clear, simple instructions so you know exactly how to package and ship them to our studio.
What if my flowers arrive a little wilted?
Flowers travel, and they change. Whatever condition your blooms arrive in, we work with what nature has given us to create the most beautiful result possible.
Will the colours stay true?
The drying process can cause subtle shifts in colour — this is natural and part of each flower's individual character. Your design proof will show you exactly how everything looks before we cast.
How long does the process take?
Luxury preservation takes time done properly. We will always keep you informed with updates at every key stage from receiving your flowers to confirming your delivery address.
